Who you're buying from

MyTravelGym is a trading name of William Goold, a sole trader established in England.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order, not when payment is taken.

If something is priced wrongly or is out of stock we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We'll always tell you why.

Prices include VAT where applicable and exclude delivery, which is shown before you pay.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your order is only confirmed once payment has cleared.

Using the equipment safely

Our products are recovery and training equipment. Use them sensibly and within your ability.

Nothing we publish is medical advice. If you're injured, pregnant, or have a health condition, speak to a doctor or physiotherapist before using recovery equipment.

You use the equipment at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

Your legal rights

Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
