United Kingdom and Ireland. If you're elsewhere and want something, email us and we'll see what we can do.
Cost and timing
Standard UK delivery — £3.49, arriving in 2–4 working days.
Tracked 24 — £5.95, arriving in 1–2 working days.
Orders over £50 ship free.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day usually go out the same day. Orders placed at the weekend go out on Monday.
You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
If it doesn't arrive
Check the tracking first, then with your neighbours and any safe place you nominated.
Still missing? Email mytravelgym@gmail.com with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and either resend or refund you.
Please give it 10 working days from dispatch before we treat a UK parcel as lost — that's when carriers will accept a claim.
